Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with our products. While we take great care in packaging your order for a successful delivery, accidents do happen. In all instances where a product is imperfect or damaged, please contact us at yanyootea@gmail.com  for complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a replacement.

Returning a Product You Purchased

Returns can only be initiated through emails. Customer may return product within 15 days of receiving items, based on delivered date shown by the tracking number. During the holidays, we extend our return window for all purchases made in November or December until January 15th.

IMPORTANT: For your protection, we recommend that when shipping products back to us, you use a recorded delivery service -- a service that provides a tracking number (i.e. UPS, DHL, FedEx). Except in instances where the item delivered was in error or was faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us. Additionally, we cannot provide refund for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel an order after submitting it, please email us immediately. Keep in mind, if your order has already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped), it may be too late to cancel or change the shipment. However, you can return the order once it is received. In the event you refuse an order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping charges related to that order.
