Double Ring Teapot

The famous Double Ring (雙圈) teapot gets its name from the two threaded rings located at the knob. The earliest Double-Ring Teapots can be traced back to the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty. Crafted from aged Lvni (绿泥) clay from Huanglong Mountain, this edition offers exceptional breathability and absorbency. Its generous size makes it perfect for hosting a tea party. 

The decoration features embedded clay painting, a highly skilled and challenging technique. Grooves are meticulously carved into the teapot before being filled and polished to form the design. The sunflower pattern is a symbol of positivity, strength, long life and vitality.
