Hibiscus Pearl Yixing Teapot

Our signature Twilight Collection has been a longtime fan favorite, showcasing teapots crafted from decades-aged Wuni (乌泥), a subcategory of Zini clay from Huanglong Mountain. Fired in a specialized kiln at over 1,200°C, these teapots feature a smooth, deep red luster and a mesmerizing iridescent sheen. The finely textured clay develops a natural patina over time, adding to its timeless appeal.

The Hibiscus Pearl (芙蓉珠) teapot features a full, rounded body paired with unusually bold proportions in the knob, spout, and handle. Together, these elements give the form the presence of a blooming hibiscus, expressing the strength of its floral core and the sense of abundance found in densely layered petals.

The decoration features Zisha engraving of the Nine Children motif on the front, a traditional symbol of many descendants and abundant blessings. The reverse side is engraved with auspicious Chinese characters conveying wishes of good fortune and longevity.
